Q : HOW TO RETURN?
A : Return Power Bank at any CHARGESPOT station shown on the app. Insert Power Bank into empty slot and check the confirmation of the rental on the app.
Q : Why is the service fee 950 baht?
A : This is a deposit charge of 950 baht. Customers will get the deposit back when returning the power bank to the rental kiosk in the case of a Deposit payment.
Q : When will the deposit be refunded?
A : For TRUE MONEY or WeChat, the deposit will be refunded immediately after returning the power bank. For credit cards, it will take up to 14 business days, and for debit cards, it will take up to 45 business days.
Q : Are charging cables provided, and can you charge two phones at once?
A : Three types of cables are available, compatible with all phone brands and models.

Q : What is the capacity of power bank?
A : Our power bank has a capacity of 5000 mAh. If it runs out, customers must recharge the power bank themselves. Or just plug it in and return it to the cabinet.
Q : Can you rent for the entire day, and is it possible to exchange the power bank with a full-day rental?
A : You can’t rent for an entire day or exchange power banks with a full-day rental. Charges are calculated hourly. Renting for over 3 hours but up to 24 hours costs 80 baht. If the battery runs out, return the power bank to end the service and rent a new one immediately.
