Station Power is Off / Not Turning On (Models: S5, S8)
Initial Troubleshooting:
- Check Power Supply: Please verify that the power plug and adapter (if applicable) are securely connected, and ensure the power outlet is functioning normally.
- Verify Adapter Lock: Please check the adapter to ensure that the prong lock button is clicked securely into place.
- Reset the System: Unplug the station, wait for a few moments, and plug it back in to reset the device.
Contact Support: If the station still does not turn on after following these steps, please contact us via Line Merchant.
No Internet Signal or Error Code Displayed on Screen (Models: S5, LL20, LL40)
Initial Troubleshooting:
- Please unplug the station, wait for a few moments, and plug it securely back in to allow the system to perform an automatic reset.
- Please wait approximately 3 minutes, or until the screen returns to its normal display layout and the error code at the top corner of the screen disappears.
Contact Support: If the error code persists or the system continues to malfunction, please report the issue via Line Merchant for further assistance.
No Internet Signal (Model: S8)
Initial Troubleshooting:
Key Indicator: The screen’s backlight will flash continuously.
- Please unplug the station, wait for a few moments, and plug it back in to reset the network connection.
- Please wait approximately 3 minutes or until the backlight remains steady (stops flashing), indicating that the system is ready for use.
