Terms and Conditions for Coupon Usage

• The coupon can be used at all CHARGESPOT service locations within Thailand only.

• The coupon redeemed from this package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the member redeems the code, the code must be applied on the CHARGESPOT app or Line OA within 30 days from the redemption date. All usage on the CHARGESPOT app or Line OA is subject to the terms and conditions set by CHARGESPOT (Thailand).

• When 1 code is redeemed, the user will receive 5 discount coupons valued at THB 20 each, which will appear in the CHARGESPOT application or Line OA.

• For rentals made through the CHARGESPOT app, customers can select the desired coupon before starting the rental. For rentals made through Line OA, the system will automatically apply the most suitable coupon upon return of the power bank, based on the customer’s usage.

• For service locations with special pricing—such as airports or event venues—members may use the coupon as a discount up to the value specified on the coupon. Please check the pricing at each service location before renting.

• This coupon can be used only once.

• This coupon and the redeemed code cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted into cash.

• This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

• The code received from the coupon can be used only within the CHARGESPOT application or Line OA.

• After the rental is completed, the system will automatically deduct the coupon value from the total service fee.

• If the service fee exceeds the coupon value, the member must pay the remaining balance.

• Deposit charges depend on the terms of the selected payment channel. The deposit will be refunded once the power bank is returned to the rental station. Deposit conditions are determined by the service provider.

• The Company and CHARGESPOT (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and to refuse service if members fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

เงื่อนไขการใช้คูปองและรหัส

• สามารถใช้คูปองได้ทุกพื้นที่ให้บริการของ CHARGESPOT ภายในประเทศไทย เท่านั้น

• คูปองแลกรับรหัสจากแพ็กเกจนี้ มีอายุการใช้งาน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ซื้อแพ็กเกจ และเมื่อสมาชิกแลกรับรหัสแล้ว จะต้องนำรหัสไปใช้บนแอปพลิเคชัน CHARGESPOT หรือ Line OA ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่กดแลกรับรหัส ทั้งนี้ การใช้สิทธิ์ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับบนแอปพลิเคชัน CHARGESPOT หรือ Line OA จะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ ชาร์จสปอต (ไทยแลนด์) กำหนด

• เมื่อใช้ 1 โค้ด ผู้ใช้จะได้รับคูปองส่วนลด 20 บาท จำนวน 5 คูปอง ซึ่งคูปองจะแสดงในแอปพลิเคชัน CHARGESPOT หรือ Line OA

• สำหรับการเช่าผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน CHARGESPOT ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกคูปองที่ต้องการก่อนเริ่มเช่า ส่วนการเช่าผ่าน Line OA ระบบจะใช้คูปองให้อัตโนมัติเมื่อทำการคืนพาวเวอร์แบงค์ โดยระบบจะเลือกคูปองที่เหมาะสมที่สุดตามการใช้งาน

• สำหรับจุดบริการที่มีอัตราค่าบริการพิเศษ เช่น สนามบินหรืออีเวนต์ต่าง ๆ สมาชิกสามารถใช้คูปองเป็นส่วนลดได้ตามมูลค่าที่ระบุบนคูปองเท่านั้น  กรุณาตรวจสอบอัตราค่าบริการของแต่ละจุดบริการก่อนการเช่า

• คูปอง 1 ใบสามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว

• คูปองแลกรับรหัสนี้ไม่สามารถขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้

• คูปองแลกรับรหัสนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชันอื่น ๆ ได้

• รหัสที่ได้รับจากคูปองสามารถใช้ได้กับแอปพลิเคชัน/Line OA CHARGESPOT เท่านั้น

• เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเช่า ระบบจะหักส่วนลดจากคูปองออกจากค่าบริการโดยอัตโนมัติ

• หากค่าบริการมากกว่ามูลค่าคูปอง สมาชิกต้องชำระส่วนต่างที่เหลือ

• การเรียกเก็บค่ามัดจำขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของช่องทางที่ชำระเงิน ลูกค้าจะได้รับมัดจำคืนเมื่อคืนพาวเวอร์แบงค์ที่ตู้เช่า เงื่อนไขการมัดจำเป็นไปตามที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด

• บริษัทฯ และ บริษัท ชาร์จสปอต (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และ/หรือเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ นี้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้สมาชิกทราบล่วงหน้า รวมทั้งปฏิเสธการให้บริการกรณีที่สมาชิกไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด และ/หรือเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว
